Example:Water pipe burst, Trapped in an elevator etc.

Urgent

Failures or defects which do not present a serious risk of damage or injury, but will cause considerable disruption and inconvenience.

Example:Blackout or short of water supply etc.

Response time:30min

Repair period:8hours

Routine

Normal repairs which are unlikely to cause a high degree of inconvenience or risk to any persons or property

Example:Lamps, sanitary product, air conditioning damaged etc.

Response time:30min

Repair period:8hours

Cyclical

As described in 3 above, but can be deferred to enable work to be batched and planned on a regular basis.

Example: Furniture or decoration damaged etc.

Response time:30min

Repair period:7days
