Notes for Patient Medication

Patients take the invoices to the dispensary.

1. Expiration date should be marked on the drug packaging. Drugs without expiration date could not be acceptable.

2. Doctor would inform implementation to you if some drugs should be stored in special conditions, such as keeping in dark or cold.

3. Please consult your doctor before drug taking including the dosage and the timing, for example, one tablet three times a day before meals. Chinese and western medicine generally should not be taken at once.

4. You would be informed implementation by your doctor if some drugs have special administration routes, such as sublingual administration, dermatological and anus medication.

5. The drugs should be stored beyond children’s reach at your home.

6. Please note that there are some desiccant packets in your drug.

7. Please do not give your drug to others who has similar symptoms.

8. Do not change the dosage and timing of your prescription drug. Any adverse reactions caused by the prescription drug should be informed by your doctor as soon as possible.

9. Please take your prescription to the dispensary at the same day for prescription is available for one day only.

10. Please check the name and quantity of your drug before your leaving.

11. Based on medical institutions management Interim Provisions issued by the Ministry of Health in January 21, 2002, no refund for medicine sold.
