The conference venues on International Campus include Faculty Club, Auditorium, Multifunctional Hall, East-West Lecture Halls, Lecture Hall of Learning and Teaching Building North A, Multi-function Halls of Residential Colleges, conference areas in the Administration Building, and conference rooms and discussion rooms in other buildings. All venues are open to faculty. Discussion rooms in Learning and Teaching Building North A & B, Residential Colleges, and Library are open to campus students. Conference venues include self-service and serviced conference rooms. Self-service conference room provides tea, teacups, multimedia equipment and other materials, which are free-of-use. Serviced conference room provides venue layout, multimedia equipment usage and other basic services which are charged according to the charging standards of IC.

In addition, all conference venues can provide paid services such as tea service, etiquette services, table nameplate and agenda printing,  design and production of promotional materials, and one-stop academic conference services. Please consult the campus conference center for details.
