One-Stop Service

The campus service hub is located on the first floor of the student service center and is the window through which the international campus provides comprehensive campus services for faculty, staff, students and visitors.

Campus services hub provides consultations and transaction on campus services, including campus card, campus transportation, access control, shuttle bus, teacher’s apartment, visitors’ services, and administrative affairs of Zijingang campus, administrative self-service station and so on.

Shuttle Bus

◆  Book the shuttle bus

Make a reservation on the website: Faculty, staff, and students of the International Campus can log in to https://coc.intl.zju.edu.cn/zh-hans/coc_buslist using their intl ID to check shift information and make a reservation.

Make a reservation on the official account: Follow the "Zhejiang University International Campus Operation Center" on WeChat, log in with the employee intl ID to check the schedule and make a reservation.

◆  Take the shuttle bus

The shuttle bus of international campus adopts the reservation system. After the reservation is made, you will receive a message indicating that the reservation is successful. Please go to the boarding point according to the departure time. The shuttle bus is equipped with an electronic ticket checking system. You need to scan the SMS QR code or campus card to check the ticket when you get on the bus. If you change the itinerary, please cancel the reservation in advance. The deadline for booking and cancellation of shuttle bus on weekdays is 15 minutes before the departure. The deadline for student shuttle bus reservations on weekends is 22:00 on this Thursday night.

Visitor Center

◆    The visitor card

The visitor card of international campus is a Zhejiang University consumer card, including identification, consumption and access control functions.

    Application for visitor card: In principle, the visitor card is applied for by the relevant college/department of the campus, and individual applications are not accepted. To apply for a visitor card, you need to fill in the visitor card application form. After approval, you can obtain the card with your personal ID card or collect it at the campus service station from the Campus Service Hub.

   Replacement and account cancellation of the Visitor card: you need to go to the Campus Service Hub to handle it.

Visitor card recharge: same as campus card recharge.

◆    Visitor's vehicle reservation

Log in to the Campus Operation Center or the "Zhejiang University International Campus Opertation Center" official account, submit the visitor's name, license plate number, enter school time and leave school time, mobile phone number and other information to make an online reservation. You will received a confirmation message after the reservation is successfully made.

◆    Group visits from outside the campus

The director of  the group needs to fill in the "Registration Form for the Reservation of Group Visits From Outside Campus" 5 days in advance and then affix the seal, scan the form and send it to the Campus Service Hub by  e-mail, posting or submitting it on the spot. After approval, you can visit the school with your ID card and a copy of the reservation registration form at the scheduled visit time. 

◆    The clock tower visit

During the epidemic of the Covid-19, the clock tower will not be open for visitors, and the opening time will be notified separately.

◆    Sightseeing car

Must be applied to the Campus Service Hub at least 1 day in advance. 

Reservations of Sightseeing bus are only for group visits or guest transfers, and reservations are not open to student groups.

Lost and Found

    If you find the lost property, you can bring the lost property to the Campus Service Hub and make related registration.

   The owner of the lost item can also go to the Campus Service Hub to claim the lost item.

3. The original and copy of the vehicle   driving permit, if the owner of the vehicle is his spouse, parents, or child,   the original and copy of the relevant valid certificates (marriage   certificate, household registration book) must be provided.

2. Managed by each custodian unit of   logistics.

Full-time student

1. Motor Vehicle Registration Application   Form of Zhejiang University International Campus;

2. Student ID or campus card;

1. The place of ownership of the vehicle   is Hangzhou City or Jiaxing City; the student ID, vehicle driving license,   and driving permit must be the student himself;

2. One person can only register one   motor vehicle.

Merchants on campus

1. Motor Vehicle Registration Application   Form of Zhejiang University International Campus;

2. The original and copy of the venue   rental contract;

3. The original and copy of the vehicle   driving permit and driving license.

1. The owner of the driving license must   be a hirer company or hirer;

2. One contract is limited to register   one motor vehicle.


Hot Work Application

Construction units from outside the campus must apply for the Hot Work Approval Certificate before entering the school for construction (the contact person and telephone number must be indicated), and they can enter the school for construction after review and approval.

Citizen Card

   New application:

Faculty, staff, and students of the campus can apply for a customized version of the Zhejiang University citizen card at the Campus Service Hub(the third-generation social security card needs to be processed at the branch). A copy of the ID card/passport and a photo are required, and fill in the application form, usually can be completed within 5 working days. 

  Renew card:

Faculty, staff, and students can provide the original ID card and pay 20 yuan to entrust a citizen card replacement service. After the new card is reissued, the balance on the original card can be transferred to the new card.

Recharge: 

After recharging online on the "My Jiaxing" APP or the "Jiaxing Citizen Card" official account, bring the card to the self-service recharging terminal of the campus service station to recharge card.

Administrative Affair Agency Service

Faculty can fill in the " Administrative Affair Agency Service Form" at the Building Manager’s reception, and the Campus Service Hub will uniformly handle the relevant business on the international campus and the Zijingang campus.

1.The delivery time is subject to the schedule of the shuttle bus:

① Working days: the Building Manager or teacher will deliver the pending documents to the Campus Service Hub before 12:00 on the same day, and the Building Manager will deliver it to the consignor the next day.

② Emergency (only for pickup): Send the documents form to the Campus Service Hub before 9:30 on the same day, and pick it up at the Campus Service Hub at 13:30 on the same day.

2. Scope of service:

International campus-Zijingang campus administrative affairs documents service.

Documents delivery service in the international campus.

3. Service not within the scope:

Need to be handled in person;

Private events;

Gifts;

Fresh food;

Cash;

The document's weight exceeds the service scope: the specified weight is within 1kg;

 Self-service in the administrative service center of the campus 

The international campus has set up a self-service center in the administrative service center at the Campus Service Hub to inquire and print all kinds of vouchers and documents online for teachers and students on campus.

Scope of service:

1. Proof of on-the-job income of faculty members going abroad (overland) for private purposes (except for middle-level leading cadres and secret-related personnel);

2. Proof of employment income of faculty and staff (for children, spouses or parents going abroad and for visas);

3. On-the-job faculty personnel certificate + on-the-job certificate (Chinese);

4. Delivery of reimbursement documents.

5. Students in school can inquire and print the "Certificate of Student Performance in School" online.

6. Postgraduates can print: certificate of enrollment, Chinese transcript, certificate of academic qualifications in both Chinese and English, honor certificate, English transcript, certificate of academic qualifications in both Chinese and English, proof of passing thesis defense and proof of current income.
