The conditions below are free of charge:
1. The teaching site confirmed by Academic Affairs Office or joint institutes is exempt from venue fee charging.
2. Multi-functional hall and VIP hall are free of charge for internal activities of residential college.
3. For students’ activities, the use of classrooms is free of charge after the reservation of tutors.
