The Library, linked with the Learning and Teaching Building B, is located beside the Bell Tower. It provides multifunctional learning area, including the Concourse Hall and Cafe on the 1st Floor, Book and Periodical Reading Area on the 2nd Floor and Workshops on the 3rd Floor.
