Spring is the season of infectious diseases such as flu, chicken pox, and measles. University students are more susceptible of these infectious diseases than other citizens due to their group living lifestyle. For the sake of popularizing related knowledge and prevention methods of spring infectious diseases, the Campus Clinic, together with Office of Student Affairs and Institute of Chinese Studies, held a series of publicity and education activities in campus on the afternoon of March 31st, including poster presentation and prize-giving quiz about knowledge of infectious diseases.
To better inform international students of medical care service in China, the Campus Clinic also organized a visit to Campus Clinic and Haining People’s Hospital, and showed them the medical facilities and out-patient service process.
These activities not only help the students learn about the variety of spring infectious diseases and how to prevent them, but also let the international students be more familiar with the process of basic medical care services of Campus Clinic and Haining People’s Hospital.
