Dear all,
A simulated fire extinguishment and smoke evacuation drill will be held at the south square of the library on May 14-15, 2019 to popularize fire safety knowledge, enhance fire safety awareness and improve fire escape skills. The relevant matters are notified as follows:
l Time & Location
Time: May 14, 11:30-17:30; May 15, 8:30-17:30
Location: South square of Library (Note: the location will be changed to Basketball Court, 2F South Gymnasium in case of rain)
l Participants
1. All faculty, staff and students of International Campus
2. Employees of logistic service units.
l Content
Simulated fire extinguishment and smoke evacuation drill will be carried out in onsite experience houses respectively.
l Requirements and precautions
1. The drill will be carried outin batchesinaccordancewithcourses andstaffofficehours.Please refer to Annex 1 for specificarrangements.
2. Please refer to Annex 2 forinstructions for simulatedfireextinguishment andsmoke evacuationdrill.
3. Relevant departments are requiredtoorganize and mobilize theexercisecarefully.Please bring your campus card to sign in.
4. Fire safety officers of relevant departments are required to make record of people who can’t attend and report to Campus Security and Stability Committee for retraining arrangement.
