1. The minimum length of meeting venues is four hours. The price above is a section of 4h.
2. On-campus training classes are charged 1.5 times of the campus price.
3. Meeting service fee standard is based on the Decision re Price Management Team [2008, No.13].
4. Air-conditioner operation is executed according to campus rules. All the venue charging fees about have included the air conditioning fees except the Auditorium (1000RMB per section for air-condition) and Multimedia Hall (500RMB per section for air-condition).

1. The Price above is the minimum cost and actual price may vary depending on the activity scale and purpose. Four hours in daytime count as half day and three hours (18:00-21:00) in the evening count as half day. The actual site fee will be indicated in the venue rental agreement.
2. Commercial or profitable activities organized by departments within campus will be billed as visitor price.
3. Equipment, staffs, medical and security workers, cleaners, referee, swimming lifeguard fees and other service fees need to be additionally charged according to needs.
