On January 19, Fu Qiang, the Dean of Comprehensive Management Office, inspected the campus safety work, leading the Office of Campus Development and Management, Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Library and Information Center, accompanied by the Residential College Management Office, Haining Branch of QIU SHI Property Management Co., Ltd, Campus Clinics and Campus Dining Center.

The overhaul was focused on Clinics, laboratory, Fire Control and Monitoring Room, Equipment Room, machine room of Information Center, fire control facility at Residential College, kitchen and warehouse at Dining Center and in other areas. The rectification opinions, responsible person and rectification date were brought up in the overhaul.

The campus safety meeting was held at Residential College after the overhaul. The Office of Campus Development and Management, Student Affair and Academic Affairs reported the results of the overhaul in campus fire safety, shuttle bus, special equipment, collective activity, student contradictions and laboratory arrangement. At the end of the meeting, Fu Qiang put forward four requirements of this overhaul and the follow-on work: first, to implement the safety hazards rectification; second, to enact and improve the freezing weather emergency plan, duty system and information submission process; third, to grasp the teacher-student information in winter holiday; fourth, to stay on top of campus construction project and the engineering rectification in winter holiday.
