In the afternoon of January 31, International Campus Security and Stability Working Conference of 2018 was held in room 522k, Arts and Science Building. The conference was presided over by Ms. Qu Lijuan, the assistant dean, director of Office of Campus Development and Management.
Ms. Qu made a conclusion of the campus security and stability work of 2017. The conference also interprets several files including “Safe Campus” Construction Responsibility File of Zhejiang University in 2018, Ideological Work Responsibility of Zhejiang University, Laboratory Safety Work Responsibility File of Zhejiang University, and Network and Information Security Responsibility File of Zhejiang University. The conference also announced the safety and stability responsible person and manager of each related departments.
The Conference discussed the Regulations on Campus Order Management of International Campus, Zhejiang University (provisional). ZJE, ZJUI, Preparatory Office for the School of Liberal Arts, Office of Human resources made presentations on the ideological safety and stability work of the campus based on their daily work and practice.
Mr. Fu Qiang, the Assistant President of ZJU, Secretary of Party Working Committee of International Campus, ZJU, Vice Dean of International Campus, ZJU, carried out “Eight Ones” measure aiming the ethics and morality issued of the teachers. As for the campus safety and stability work arrangement after the spring break, he proposed three aspects that all institutions and departments should apply. Firstly, all institutions and departments should pay great attention, enhance security awareness to ensure the smooth development of all the work; Secondly, to grasp the key and implement safety responsibility work requirement of campus ideology, campus network and information, campus laboratory and comprehensive management, etc.; Thirdly, make sure to implement efficiently, strengthen organizational management, make sure that all the safety responsibility is implemented to individuals and all the safety inspection and rectification work can be efficiently accomplished.
