On October 18, 2016, with the support of Student Affairs, Campus Service Center, Campus Dining Center and Clinic, campus service communication was arranged by Residential College part-time advisors Qu Lijuan, Lu Ming, Pan Ningwu and Zhang Qiangqiang. Five Undergraduate Students and five graduate students attended this party voluntarily, exchanging their experiences and presenting suggestions about campus life, logistic services, sports facilities and campus construction.
At the beginning, every advisor and principal introduced their duties and services respectively. All the students were active in voicing their opinions of campus services, including sports facilities, food variety, outdoor chairs, chatting space in Residential College, campus construction, energy-saving lightings in public areas, safety facilities and amenities. Especially Malte and David from the Institute of China Studies, they brought up the issues that other students were concerned about.
At the end of the activity, the idea of setting a coffee and baking curriculum was discussed.
