1. How to report a repair if apartment facilities are damaged?

For routine repairs, please submit a ticket through the "Smart Apartment Platform - In-Residence - Repair". For emergencies, please contact the Apartment Center for assistance.

 

2. I have already applied for an apartment for myself, but I want to apply for another one for my parents or friends to stay temporarily. How do I apply?

Method 1: Friends and family can apply for temporary accommodation (within one month) through the "Smart Apartment Platform – Off-campus Personnel", with the contact person being an on-campus faculty member. The accommodation fee will be charged on a daily basis.

Method 2: On-campus faculty members can apply for temporary accommodation (within one month) through the "Smart Apartment Platform – Short-term Residency" and add the friends or family members as co-residents. The accommodation fee will be charged on a daily basis.

 

3. Where can I buy daily necessities while living in the Hainshire Apartment?

4. What is the mailing address for teacher apartments?

  • Building 25 Serviced Apartments: Room Number International Campus Serviced Apartment, Zhejiang University. 718 Haizhou East Road, Haining, Zhejiang Province.

  • Moon Bay Apartment: Room Number Moon Bay Jingyuan, 92 Qunyi Road, Haining, Zhejiang Province.

  • Hainshire Apartment: Room Number Gonglian Hainshire, Haining, Zhejiang Province.

  • Residential College: Residential College Name, International Campus, Zhejiang University, 718 Haizhou East Road, Haining, Zhejiang Province.

 

5. How to apply for a room change in the teacher apartments?

You can apply for a room change after living in the current apartment for six months. Go to the Smart Apartment Platform homepage - My – Make an Appointment to Change Room - Select Apartment - Change Room - Select Room Number - Apply for Room Change.

 

6. How to renew the stay in the teacher apartments?

Go to the Smart Apartment Platform homepage - My - Make an Appointment to Renewal - Fill in the information - Apply for Renewal.

 

7. What in-residence services are provided by the teacher apartments?

The iZJU Apartment Center provides information consultation, cleaning and maintenance, item borrowing, gas recharge, and cultural activities, etc.

 

8. How to check out of the faculty apartments?

Go to the Smart Apartment Platform homepage - My - Make an Appointment to Check-out - Fill in the information - Apply for Check-out. Reminder: Please clear out personal belongings and clean the apartment before checking out. Restore all facilities and equipment to their original state (remove wall hooks, furniture bumpers, and stickers; any damage will be charged accordingly).

 

9. How to check the apartment bill?

Go to the Smart Apartment Platform homepage - My - My Bill - Bill List.

 

10. How to park in the apartments?

  • Building 25 Serviced Apartment: No need to apply for a separate parking space; you can park in the campus parking lot.

  • Moon Bay Apartment: Contact the Apartment Center to apply for long-term license plate registration. Any unmarked vacant spaces in the underground garage can be used. Temporary vehicles do not need to apply; park in the ground visitor parking spaces.

  • Hainshire Apartment: Go to the Smart Apartment Platform homepage -  My - Vehicle Authorization – Registered license plate list(valid for 24 hours) or apply for a long-term parking space. Temporary parking is strictly prohibited in fixed or private parking spaces; please park in unmarked apartment parking spaces.
