Call for input re campus comprehensive service plan

Dear Staff and Students:

 

To provide better campus services including logistics and security support, Office of Campus Development and Management (CDM) would like to organize a meeting regarding campus comprehensive service to call for feedback and suggestions on the logistics support, campus security and safety, various aspects of services across campus.

 

The meeting schedule is as below:

 

1.    Time: From 2pm, Thu, May 11th, 2017

2.    Venue: To be notified by email once attendance confirmed

3.    Attendees: representatives from institutes and departments respectively; volunteers from Staff and students who would like to share their opinions re the service scope and standard.

4.    Agenda:

l   Director of CDM office to brief on the overall campus services

l   Manager of Service provider to introduce the overall service and support plan

l   Discussion and sharing session re service feedback and suggestions

5.    Please register with us by sending your attendance confirmation to COC_intl@zju.edu.cn, with your name, department/institute and contact info included, the deadline for the registration is 5pm, May 8th, 2017.

 

All are welcome to join this meeting so that we could hear your thoughts about campus services.
