Dear everyone,

To further enhance residence supports for faculty and staff, in accordance with Regulations on Teachers’Apartments Management for International Campus, Zhejiang University (Revised) (International Campus Issuance 〔2023〕 No. 8), the available apartments will be adjusted, based on the accommodation needs of talents and the completion of apartment maintenance plans. Relevant matters are notified as follows:

I. Apartment information and adjustment time 

i. Additional long-term residence in July 2024: 8 units

1. Hainshire Apartment: 7 units

• Two-bedroom: 2 units

• Two-bedroom, one living room: 2 units

• One-bedroom, one living room, one study: 2 units

• Three-bedroom, one living room, one study: 1 unit

2. 25# Serviced Apartment: 1 unit 

One-bedroom, one living room: 1 unit

ii. Adjustment Time: 9:00 AM, July 21, 2024

iii. If there is any subsequent apartment adjustment, the adjustment time is 9:00 on the 21st of every month, the apartment information can be seen in the announcement on the home page of the apartment platform, no further notice will be made.

II. Application Instructions

i. Platform Portal:

1. Web: myZJU → Campus Services → Apartment Application

2. Mobile: Wechat account “浙大国际校区微后勤”→ Campus Services →Apartment Application

ii. For New Residents:

1. Web/Mobile: Long-term Residence → Select apartment → Choose unit type → Reserve and apply → Select and sign contract

iii. For Current Residents: 

Mobile: Home → My → Make an appointment to change room

iv. For on-site apartment viewing, please contact iZJU Apartment Center for an appointment.
