In order to strengthen the campus safety management and ensure campus safety during the winter vacation, a safety inspection will be organized at the end of the semester, the details are as follows:
I. Inspection Method and Schedule
1. Inspection method: each unit organizes self-inspection, and the Campus Security and Stability Committee conducts the spot check of key sites.
2. Inspection time:
(1) Unit self-inspection: December 31, 2019-January 3, 2020
(2) Spot check by the Campus Security and Stability Committee will be further notified.
Ⅱ. Inspection Arrangement
1. All units should carry out the safety inspection and check the inspection records for future reference according to the actual situation of the responsible work area in accordance with the requirements of Campus Safety Construction Responsibility Letter of International Campus, ZJU.
2. The Campus Service Center is responsible for the safety inspection of public areas, building blank areas, the key parts of power distribution rooms, safety control rooms and pump rooms, as well as the building fire facilities.
3. Departments of special engineering projects are responsible for the safety inspection of the construction area.
Ⅲ. Summary and Deployment
There will be a campus security and stability meeting held after the on-site inspection, and the time & place of the meeting will be further notified. The main contents of the meeting are as follows:
1. According to the requirements of Campus Safety Construction Responsibility Letter of International Campus, ZJU, all units need to report the situation of the safety self-inspection and the implementation of the Campus Safety construction working mechanism.
2. Do a summary for this safety inspection.
3. Arrange the campus safety work during the winter vacation and the latest future.
All units must pay a great attention to this inspection and specify the requirements. Please help to do a good job of the safety self-inspection and the campus safety work during the end of the semester and the winter vacation.
