Office of Campus Development and Management

In order to strengthen the management of shuttle bus services during the epidemic and improve the efficiency of the use of resources, we will now notify the following arrangements for shuttle bus services and relevant reservations.

1. Adjustment of shuttle bus arrangement

In order to take separate seats strictly and meet the needs of the faculty and staff to the greatest extent, we will add one car for the morning bus on Monday (7:00 Hangzhou-Haining) and the evening bus on Friday (17:10 Haining-Hangzhou) respectively according to the actual reservations situation, so that the maximum capacity is 44 seats per trip. In addition to the above hours, one servicing bus will be arranged for other morning and evening shifts, with the maximum capacity of 22 seats per trip.

The shuttle bus schedule for students after returning to school will be notified separately.

2. Shuttle bus reservation and ride management

a. Adjustment of deadline for appointment and cancellation. In order for good bus deployment, disinfection and crew arrangements, the cut-off time for the reservation and cancellation of the shuttle bus services for Monday morning (7:00 Hangzhou-Haining) and Friday evening (17:10 Haining-Hangzhou) will be adjusted to 16:00, the day before the start of the trip. Reservations for shuttle bus services after 16:00 are not acceptable. Other shifts are scheduled and cancelled at normal times.

b. Shuttle bus services are limited to the faculty and staff of the campus. The faculty and staff are only allowed to make a reservation for themselves.

c. Starting from next week, the shuttle bus reservation system will be strictly implemented. Teachers can’t take the bus without a reservation.

d. Passengers must arrive at the waiting point in advance. Please queue orderly at a distance of more than 1 meter at the waiting point. Passengers with a body temperature over 37.2 ℃ or any suspicious symptoms are not allowed to board the vehicle. Please wear a mask and keep a safe distance throughout the ride. Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited.

Depending on the situation of teachers and students returning to campus, the above adjustments will be updated in a timely manner.
